What are your office hours?
Our office is open and staffed from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday.
When can I access my storage unit?
Our customers have access to their storage units from 7 am to 7 pm, seven days/week through a secured card reader access system.
How secure is your storage facility?
For customers, access to our self storage facility is by FOB keys provided as part of your rental and all access points to the facility are monitored through our storage specific security software. You secure your storage locker with your own personal pad lock. All units are individually alarmed, with motion detectors in all areas of the facility, monitored by a third party security company after hours. Security cameras record all activity within the facility and these can be cross referenced with each tenant’s access 24 hours per day. The security of your goods is our number one priority.
Is the storage facility heated?
Yes, all self storage units are located inside our secure, video monitored facility, which is climate-controlled year-round.
Do you have insurance? Do I need insurance?
Yes the building is insured, however, the contents of your self storage unit have to be insured by you. This may be covered through your standard homeowner insurance.
What sizes are storage units?
All of our self storage units are 9’ high and we have a variety of widths and depths available. Please visit our Storage Units page for the most common sizes of units and their capacities.

Will you price match other Kamloops self storage companies?
We do not price match, however, we maintain competitive rates in the City of Kamloops and surrounding areas. Please call as we may have ongoing specials to assist you in making your decision.
What are your COVID-19 protocols?
We require that all self storage facility staff and customers adhere to current social distancing guidelines as set out by the Province of British Columbia. We only permit one customer or couple from the same family in our office at a time and all staff work behind Plexiglass to protect everyone coming into the facility. Touchable items such as our moving carts, door handles and elevator controls are cleaned regularly throughout the day. Masks are not mandatory but are appreciated. If you do not feel safe, please make sure you alert a staff member.
