Fall is upon us and summer is fading into memory as we ready ourselves for fall and winter months, and, there’s nothing like a good ‘ol fashion Halloween barn haunt to lift the spirits and be scared by some spirits and other creatures that dwell in the darkness.
As Valleyview Mini Storage has done in past years, we are proud to sponsor the 4th Annual Barn Haunt Vale Family Yard Haunt — an annual food drive in support of the Kamloops Food Bank.
The event includes an elaborate walk-through experience of synchronized sound and lightening, Halloween props, scary actors lurking amongst the crowd, and, to set the tone for some terrifying evening’s fun, background music composed by Gothic horror instrumentalists Midnight Syndicate. Your admission is one perishable food item that will be donated to the food bank. Donations are very much needed and appreciated.
Bring your nerve, your kids, family and friends, and an appetite for snacks, as there is a food and drink concession. Wear a costume or come as you are for some scary family fun that supports this very worthy cause. If you can’t make it, please drop by Valleyview Mini Storage to help us fill our food hamper and grab some candy for your kids, or please visit the Kamloops Food Bank donation’s page.
