Valleyview Mini Storage in Kamloops is always busy, and 2021 was made all that busier, as we all negotiated the pandemic and its disruptions. As always, we published monthly blog posts to inform potential mini storage renters and our current customers. We’d like to wish all of you, especially our customers, a heartfelt Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! You are why we exist, and we’re grateful to have you as loyal customers.
Articles We Published in 2021
In January, we published “Small Storage Units for Kamloops Apartment Renters”, which told readers about the many sizes of storage available and storage rental savings for students, discounts for prepaid storage, and our refer-a-friend program.
In February, we published “Top 5 Reasons People Rent Kamloops Self Storage”. The reasons included moving, creating space in the home, making room in an “empty nest”, downsizing, and storing business or trades equipment and materials.
In March, we published “Create the Perfect Home Office with the Help of a Kamloops Storage Unit”. More people are working from home than ever before, so we thought we’d provide some tips about creating a permanent office in your home, and some home office furnishing ideas.

In August, we published “Self Storage Lockers for Kamloops Seniors Who Have Downsized”, which provided downsizing tips, and discussed finding the right size storage locker and boxes and packing supplies you’ll need.
In September, we published “How to Prepare Camping Gear for Your Storage Unit”, which provided some tips on cleaning and drying camping gear in preparation for storage and listed items that are permitted in storage.
In October, we published the news announcement “One of the Best Kamloops Storage Companies of 2021”. Kamloops This Week readers voted for Valleyview Mini Storage! We also published “Need Frequent Access to Your Kamloops Self Storage Unit? Find Belongings in Storage More Easily with these Tips”.
In November, we published “Storing Christmas Decorations in Our Kamloops Storage Facility”, which provided some creative ways to store decorations, wrapping paper, and even how to “shrink wrap” an artificial Christmas tree with lights and decorations still on!
