This is a busy time of year at Valleyview Mini Storage in Kamloops, and for our customers. As the year comes to a close, it's a great time to pause and reflect on the past year (and years) and make plans for 2016. Many Kamloops apartment residents face space dilemmas and a lack of self-storage. It's the reality of living in a small space. There are entire magazines and websites devoted to maximizing small spaces — providing tips for making your apartment more livable and more functional. One big problem for small spaces is the spill-over effect. A room, often a spare bedroom or small office becomes a catch-all for eyesores you don't want in your main living space — particularly if your apartment storage is minimal or non-existent. Kamloops self storage box for summer stuffIt's that time of year again. Summer has finally ended and it's time to store the bicycles and helmets, kayaks, canoes, life jackets, food and beverage coolers, camping stoves, boogie boards, tennis rackets, badminton nets, camping and fishing gear. You get the picture. You don't notice how much stuff you have while you're using it, but, at the end of the season, when it's time to find space for those things, you'll ask the same question we all ask each year: "Where are we going to put all this stuff?"

Fall is upon us and summer is fading into memory as we ready ourselves for fall and winter months, and, there's nothing like a good 'ol fashion Halloween barn haunt to lift the spirits and be scared by some spirits and other creatures that dwell in the darkness.
